The Challenge
Before we attended this flat roof refurbishment the residents had multiple issues with the roof.
The client required clearly delineated walkways to ensure maximum safety and a non-slip waterproofing system for the roof.
Other requirements included:
Minimal disruption to the residents
A robust guarantee for all works
A fully trained and certified installer of the materials.
Above all, Confidence in a contractor that is dependable.
The Solution
The roof carried a lot of live growth which we had to remove. Then we cleared the stones using a floor planer.
Meanwhile we detailed the up stands and protrusions. Finally, we sprayed Liquid Rubber onto the entire area and finished with a grey top coat. In addition, we clearly marked the walkways.
Working closely with the other trades on site Elite were able to complete the project ahead of time, leaving the client and residents with exactly what they had envisaged
In conclusion we provided a seamless, water tight non-slip roof, with the installation causing no site disruption to residents.
